Day 4 - Discover a Swimming Hole

Day 5 - Weight Loss and Waterfalls

Hike down the Graveyard Fields Loop off the Blue Ridge Parkway at milepost 419. While many hiking trails lead people up, this unique area formed from a natural disaster between five and ten centuries ago does the opposite. This is a tough hike, especially on the return. Do the full trail, taking about two hours, for the maximum burn and to take in the most scenery. Catch your breath when you pass by a couple of amazing and stunning waterfalls. Definitely tuck a camera into your backpack or waist pack.
